What are the dates of the National Conference?
The conference is January 30th – January 31st, 2025, with an option to participate in a golf outing and dinner on January 29th.

What is the cancellation policy for registration fees?
Cancellations made before October 29th are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after October 29th and up to November 29th are eligible for a partial refund (⅓ cost reimbursed). Any cancellations after November 29th do not qualify for a refund.

The keynote speakers are Todd Shirley, Steve Honn, and Matt Wark with Forsyth County Schools in Georgia, a district that’s taking a leading role in addressing the student mental health crisis. They’ll be discussing their innovative Student Advocacy Program, designed to provide crucial support to students who may be struggling with self-harm or harming others. The program’s goal is to prevent these tragedies, and the speakers will share some statistics highlighting the issue’s seriousness. They’ll also show how they’ve structured their school facilities to support the program’s success. This will include details about physical spaces designed to promote student well-being and procedures for staff to identify and assist students in need.

The special rate of $250 per night (plus tax and resort fees) will be available for reservations between January 24th and February 6th.

What is the best way to get from the airport to the conference location?
We recommend Uber/Lyft/Taxis into the resort for ease.
Unfortunately, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort no longer offers shuttle services to/from the airport. However, you can now arrange your own private Disney vehicle from your smartphone using the Lyft app. For an additional fee, any guest on the Walt Disney World Resort property can open the Lyft app to request and pay for rides. Getting around has never been easier or more convenient with Minnie Van Service!
