Lyndsey Rieth is a Program Manager with the TIPS Purchasing Cooperative, serving members and vendors across Houston, Austin, Beaumont, Huntsville, and the Energy Program, where she manages TIPS’ Electric Power and Natural Gas Contracts. She brings nearly two decades of experience in procurement, sourcing, and development, blending professional expertise with a service-driven approach to help organizations and vendors achieve shared success. A graduate of the University of Texas, Lyndsey has served on the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo for 16 years and is currently a third-year volunteer with the American Cancer Society–Houston Chapter, where she will serve as the 2025 Entertainment Committee Chair for the annual Cattle Baron’s Ball. She combines her commitment to service with her professional expertise, making her a trusted partner to both her community and the organizations she supports.
