Ron is a tested and proven facilities leader with thirty years of successful experience managing large, complex DOD and K-12 projects and facilities. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the University of South Carolina, Ron is a retired Navy Civil Engineering Corps Officer, professional engineer, and certified energy manager. A member of the Senior Leadership Team at ALPHA Facilities Solutions, Ron is responsible for directing and managing resources for teams of architects, engineers, and facilities professionals who conduct facility condition assessments, asset inventories, space utilization analyses, accessibility analyses, and GIS surveys, and who format and deliver facility information for upload to technology platforms.

Ron’s experience includes construction, facilities, and contingency management, as well as leading large teams delivering facilities solutions. Ron’s focus is on excellence in facilities leadership and management.
